Beginner or athlete, Strongbox is accessible to everyone.
Strongbox takes into account your personal needs and goals. In each workout, you train complete muscle groups and movement patterns. This way, we increase overall fitness, muscle strength and condition!
Would you like to discover the benefits of outdoor sports yourself, work on your fitness and/or strength level?
50 minutes where we push you to your limits, regardless of your fitness level. You are working all the time, but at your own pace. Are you a beginner, or advanced, everyone gets satisfaction from this workout.
We train the full body and both strength, mobility and cardio are covered.
Stability & Mobility
Increase your mobility, improve your posture and prevent pain and injury. The aim of this workout is correct exercise execution and injury prevention. The intensity here is a bit lower.
Train for better performance, become stronger and more athletic. This workout focuses on strength and thorough training, ideal for advanced or people who like to push their limits. You will go to extremes here and learn to push your limits!
Interested in a Kickbox workout or rather unwind during a yoga session? We have many quality coaches available.
Take part in one of our coaching programs. This can be done as a group or individually.
Work on your general fitness under the guidance of your coach.
Work with one of our running coaches towards your goal: 5-10km, over 10km or a marathon.
