“Working the body, quits the mind” is one of my favorite quotes that I took literally. I have been involved with movement since my childhood. I followed various courses as a personal trainer/health coach. Capoeira (a Brazilian art of movement) has always been a constant factor in my life. I reached the quarterfinals at the World Championship in Brazil in 2017 and became Flemish kickboxing champion in 2011. I look forward to welcoming and guiding you soon in the StrongBox for group lessons or for a personal training."
